This is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. Most major insurances are accepted.

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for mental health conditions, including medication management, symptom assessment, and treatment planning. Telehealth and in-person sessions available. Most major insurances accepted.

Coaching session
Personalized coaching sessions to achieve personal and professional goals. Sessions typically not covered by insurance; reduced cost options available for long-term projects.

Referrals/Disability Assessment and Application
Referrals are intended for the client who is not sure where to start.
Disability Assessment and Application is a flat fee; not including the necessary follow up appointments to either extend disability and then to clear client to return to work.
